What is M3U?

A playlist file of channel names and stream URLs. Your provider gives you an M3U link or file.

M3U8 vs M3U

M3U8 is the UTF-8 playlist format used for HLS (HTTP Live Streaming). Many providers ship the same list as .m3u or .m3u8. DgnStream accepts both as a URL or file; the catalog is the same.

How to add it

1. Sign in to DgnStream (app, Android TV, or browser).
2. In playlist settings paste an M3U / M3U8 URL or pick a file.
3. The catalog fills from your list’s groups. If you have an Xtream panel, use the Xtream path instead.

Broken or pirated lists are not DgnStream’s responsibility. Use a legal source.
